Steven A. Sanders, Esq
Founding Principal
37 years in experience in corporate, securities
and international law, problem solving and structuring transactions
a major strength. Founding partner of Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam
Rosenstadt LLP (www.sovrlaw.com). A member of several public and
private company boards. Steven is also active in the not for profit
arena, serving at the Board level of the Roundabout Theatre Company,
American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Town Hall among others. Steven,
Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova to the United States
is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association,
and the Bar of the City of New York
where he serves on its European Affairs Committee. City College

William S. Rosenstadt,
Esp
Founding Principal
15 years experience in both international and domestic securities
and corporate law, a partner in Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt
LLP. Bill is a director of a number of companies in the manufacturing
and marketing arenas and draws on this broad experience to efficiently
analyze complex problems and arrive at novel solutions. Bill is
admitted to the Bars of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Syracuse

J. Douglas Brown
Founding Principal
With a background in asset management, credit analysis and investment
banking, Douglas began his career with JP Morgan in New York in
1977, then moving to the London office as a financial analyst. After
five years of investment banking in the Middle East, he then spent
ten years with Citigroup at the private banking division of Citigroup
in the London and Geneva offices. He managed assets in excess of
USD 1bn. Since 1998, Douglas has provided hedge fund advisory and
corporate finance services. He is currently a director of two international
hedge funds and several public and private companies. Douglas earned
his Law Degree LLB from Edinburgh University UK.
Daniel B. Matthews
Founding Principal
Dan is Chairman of Saintsbury Holdings, LLC, a private equity fund
with private and public interests throughout North America in pharmaceuticals,
energy and structured real estate transactions. Particularly skilled
in creative solutions to businesses dilemmas, restructuring and
repositioning, Dan has over 15 years of experience in the private
and public equity markets and has served as a director and officer
of several companies in the USA and Canada. Saintsbury has also
participated in many real estate syndicates and is currently in
a joint venture with Townline Developments, one of Canada’s
premier development companies. Dan is a partner in EcoUno Land Group,
primarily involved in real estate transactions in the Baja of Mexico
and is a founding member of the Canadian Green Building Council.
